Lack of respect open to my final refusal to do the tattoo removal session because of a general lack of professionalism. I have been calling and emailing for more than 3 months now to get a refund for the session that was never performed. 261€ unrecoverable it's fine to ignore the emails and on the phone guarantee that the payment will be made in the week for in the end never to make this one!! -
