From A to Z nothing goes, the first consultation appointment which lasts barely 3 minutes only serves to make you pay in advance for the entire package without even looking at the skin or hair, you just have to pay to be able to start your sessions (all at once, or on credit at exorbitant rates!) No time to think, and you are made to believe that the schedule is overwhelmed, appointment price 2 months later on a public holiday at 5 p.m., only place available, except that 2 days before you are told that the appointment is not possible because not enough appointments that day (this has also happened for several appointments while on the reservation site on schedule is always very empty, like the waiting room) so many lies! I therefore ask to cancel and be reimbursed as the package has not started, I am told that it is impossible, after insistence they end up offering me an appointment on the morning of the planned day, having no choice I start the sessions , which are each time botched in 10 minutes for complete legs/shirt/armpits, (how can we do all that in 10 minutes!!!), I point out each time that many areas are forgotten, we don't care and we don't no more be careful, no adjustment of the machine is made, 11 sessions and almost no results, forced to start all over again elsewhere and that has nothing to do with it! Don't be fooled by lazeo, such practices should not continue
