- Laure-Anna GALEANDRO-DIAMANT24/04/2026I do NOT recommend AT ALL! 0 trust. During the first appointment the practitioner asks me if I am taking medical treatments. I answer yes, anti-inflammatories. She told me vaguely and without much conviction that it could possibly cause problems because SOME are photosensitizing but that "don't panic, the one you take is fine, we just set the machine lower and everything will be fine". Having only moderate confidence, I asked my doctor for advice, as well as another laser center (Beauty Oficine), both of which confirmed to me that taking anti-inflammatory drugs (whatever they are! ) carries IMPORTANT risks and that it is strictly prohibited to do laser in the weeks following taking anti-inflammatory treatment, and that setting the machine "lower" will not resolve the risks, and IN ADDITION would be significantly less effective for disappearance of hair (what I asked the practitioner, who replied “no no, it doesn’t make it any less effective”) In addition to that, during the appointment the practitioner absolutely wanted me to sign the documents immediately (informed consent form, and contract). I told him that I wanted to take the time to read them quietly at home, to think about them and then decide if I was going to sign. To which she replied "no but you can trust us, read them now if you want, but you have to sign them today"... Um no no, they won't force me to sign a document immediately! Safety should come FIRST, especially before trying to sell laser hair removal packages! I have been to Beauty Officine since, and frankly the first appointment gave me a lot more confidence, the medical assistant who meets you asks you a lot of questions to make sure there are no problems , and she is clearly more honest with the risks involved.
